Yes! We call these ingredients our BIG NO’s.

All of our products are completely free from the U.S. FDA’s top 9 major allergens: milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, crustacean shellfish, and sesame. Our products are also free from gluten.

Additionally, BIG YES products do not contain mustard, sulfites, lupin, or mollusks.

Note: Some of our products do contain celery or coconut. While these are not among the top 9 allergens in the United States, they are recognized allergens in other parts of the world, so we clearly bold them in our ingredient lists to make them easy to spot.

Yes! All of our products are free from peanuts and tree nuts.

Yes! Our products do not contain gluten and are made in a gluten-free facility.

Nope! Our dedicated facility is free from milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, crustacean shellfish, sesame, and gluten.

We also require that our suppliers operate in dedicated top 9 allergen-free and gluten-free facilities or have best-in-class safety protocols to mitigate cross-contamination, including SQF certification, segregated storage and batching, strict cleaning and sanitization processes, and swab testing.

BIG YES products are not currently certified organic. However, we choose organic ingredients whenever possible. Any ingredient that is organic is clearly identified in the ingredient list.

Our first priority is sourcing high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers who meet our rigorous allergen and safety standards. Some of these suppliers offer organic options, while others do not.

Additionally, because produce availability changes throughout the year, our fruits and vegetables may be organic seasonally. Whenever organic produce that meets our quality standards is available, we choose it.

BIG YES products do not feature any ingredients listed on Whole Foods’ list of banned ingredients. Further, our products contain no artificial flavors or colors.

A few of our desserts do contain Monocalcium Phosphate (a leavening agent), Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate (a leavening agent), and/or Xanthan Gum (a plant-based binder often used to replace gluten).

Yes! Our containers are made from PET, one of the most widely accepted plastics in curbside recycling programs. Please check your local recycling guidelines, as recycling capabilities vary by community.

We’re also continually working to reduce our environmental impact and use packaging that contains at least 10% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content.

Yes! We carefully select packaging from trusted suppliers. Our food-grade packaging is free from BPA, Bisphenol, and Phthalates.

Because we use fresh fruits and vegetables and avoid artificial preservatives, our meals are designed to be enjoyed fresh, not to sit on a shelf for months.

Most BIG YES products stay fresh for about a week under refrigeration, though shelf life varies by product. Please refer to the Best By date on the package, and enjoy your meal the same day it’s opened for optimal taste and quality.
